Chemically-Etched stencils Laser Cut stencils, or Dual Technology stencils (a combination of chem-etching the standard pitch component apertures and laser cutting the fine pitch component apertures) can now be combined with performance enhancing processes such as electropolishing, trapezoidal section apertures and pad geometry modifications.

And all of these technologies are done in-house. Plus, all of our stencils/masks are made from our unique grade of "super" stainless steel.

Using our plot review system, they will point out areas of concern and recommend solutions before the stencil is made.
