USES:
This is small pocket-sized gauge designed to identify the condition of a pipe the gauge is placed horizontally on the surface of the pipe and the stylus / arm gauge shows the depth of pit is positioned into the base of the corrosion pit. They also can be checking the pipe wall thickness and compared with nominal wall thickness data printed on the body of the gauge includes, 4.5″ long scale in inch & metric, useful conversion table on back side and formulas on top this gauge is useful for pipe welders, pipe coaters.
