Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with around 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The
candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting and ensuring
the smooth operation of production machinery and plant equipment.
 

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and plant equipment.
2. Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment within minimum possible downtime.
3. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in machines and equipment.
4. Maintain and troubleshoot CNC, VMC, press machines, grinding machines, lathe/milling machines and other
   manufacturing equipment.
5. Check and troubleshoot motors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, conveyors, sensors, switches, contactors and
   control panels.
6. Handle basic troubleshooting of PLC, drives, relays, sensors and control circuits.
7. Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
8. Carry out machine lubrication, alignment, servicing and replacement of worn-out components.
9. Prepare and maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules, checklists and maintenance records.
10. Maintain daily breakdown reports and analyze recurring machine problems.
11. Coordinate with the Production Department to minimize machine downtime and production losses.
12. Support installation, commissioning and trial runs of new machines and equipment.
13. Maintain adequate stock of critical maintenance spares and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for requirements.
14. Participate in TPM, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement activities.
15. Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out as per company safety procedures and maintenance
    standards.
16. Maintain proper documentation of machine history, breakdowns, preventive maintenance and spare
    consumption.
17. Coordinate with external vendors/service engineers whenever specialized machine maintenance is required.

 

Required Skills

1. Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
2. Practical knowledge of CNC/VMC and industrial machinery maintenance.
3. Basic knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and electrical control circuits.
4. Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
5. Knowledge of motors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, sensors and drives.
6. Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical drawings.

2. Experience in CNC/VMC, press shop, tool room or sheet-metal manufacturing will be preferred.
3. Candidates having exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance and breakdown analysis will have an added
   advantage.
4. Should be willing to work on the shop floor and attend urgent breakdown requirements when necessary.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced VMC Operator with around 2 years of experience in a precision
engineering/manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for operating Vertical Machining Centre
(VMC) machines, setting jobs, tool selection, machine operation and maintaining the required quality and
production output.
 

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate VMC machines for machining precision components as per production requirements.
2. Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions and machining specifications.
3. Perform machine setting, job loading/unloading and tool setting.
4. Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.
5. Set and adjust work offsets, tool offsets and machine parameters.
6. Operate CNC/VMC machines as per approved programs.
7. Understand and perform basic G-code and M-code functions.
8. Check dimensions using Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge and other measuring
   instruments.
9. Carry out in-process inspection and ensure components are produced within specified tolerances.
10. Identify tool wear and replace or adjust tools as required.
11. Make minor program/offset corrections under the guidance of the supervisor/programmer.

We are looking for an experienced PPC Engineer with 4–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
The candidate will be responsible for production planning, material planning, scheduling, monitoring production
activities, coordinating with various departments and ensuring timely completion of customer requirements. The
candidate should have strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, MRP, inventory control,
production scheduling and ERP-based PPC operations.
 

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer requirements and available resources.
2. Prepare production schedules according to customer orders, delivery commitments and production capacity.
3. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room and Dispatch departments for
   smooth production planning.
4. Monitor production progress against the planned schedule and take corrective actions for deviations.
5. Prepare and monitor Production Plan vs. Actual Production reports.
6. Plan material requirements based on production schedules and coordinate with Purchase and Stores for timely
